Opener services
Repair, Replacement & Installation
A garage door depends on all of its parts working together, and the opener carries much of the load. Daily use takes a toll over time, and when yours begins acting up, we'll get you on the schedule quickly and give you a real arrival window.

Opener Repair
When an opener becomes noisy, sticks, or stops responding, we diagnose and resolve the issue, including keypads, remotes, and safety sensors. In some cases a failing opener is actually a strained spring, so we check the entire system rather than just the motor.

Opener Replacement
We help you select and install a new opener with modern features such as battery backup and smart controls you can operate from your phone. LiftMaster is the brand we install and service most.

Opener Installation
Professional installation, whether you are automating an existing door or completing a new system. We handle the rail, the safety sensors, and the programming.

Belt, Chain, or Wall Mount
Belt Drive
The quiet choice. A reinforced belt runs the trolley instead of a chain, which matters when there’s a bedroom over the garage.
Chain Drive
The workhorse. Louder than a belt, but hard to beat for durability on heavy doors and shop buildings.
Wall Mount
Mounts beside the torsion shaft instead of overhead, freeing up ceiling space for lifts, storage, or tall vehicles.
No mystery, no pressure
How an Opener Call Works
Diagnose the whole system
We check the door’s balance and springs first, because an opener straining against bad hardware is a symptom, not the cause.
Repair or replace, your call
You get the honest comparison: what the repair costs versus what a new opener costs, before any work starts.
Program and test
We set the travel and force limits, program your remotes and keypad, and test the auto-reverse safety system.
Straining opener? Check the springs first.
If the opener strains or the door feels heavy, the underlying problem is often a spring rather than the motor, and running an opener against a failing spring will burn it out. We check the door's balance first, so you never pay for an opener you didn't need.

Questions & answers
Opener Questions
Why does my opener run but the door doesn’t move?
Usually the trolley has disconnected from the door — often because the emergency release cord was pulled. Sometimes the drive gear inside the opener has stripped. Both are quick diagnostics for a technician.
Should I repair my opener or replace it?
If the unit is under roughly ten years old and the failed part is a gear, capacitor, sensor, or remote, a repair usually makes sense. Beyond that, or if the opener lacks modern safety sensors, replacement is typically the better value — and we will tell you which case you are in.
Do new openers work with my phone?
Yes. Current LiftMaster models include Wi-Fi so you can open, close, and check the door status from your phone, and get alerts if the door is left open. Battery backup is also available so the door still works in an outage.
My remote stopped working — is that the opener?
Often it’s just the remote battery or a programming reset, which we handle on the spot. If the receiver board has failed, we can usually replace that without replacing the whole unit.
